AIR PACKAGES is an application that presents, prices, and offers comprehensive air travel packages through travel agencies to the public.
What is the need for AIR PACKAGES?
In recent years, airlines have added air travel packages to their websites to boost their ticket sales (and rightly so). However, this action does not constitute tour operating. AIR PACKAGES fills this gap in tour operating by offering air travel packages in various forms of tourism.
Who is AIR PACKAGES aimed at?
AIR PACKAGES is aimed at the public who trusts travel agencies for their travel needs. It was created by travel agents, organized by travel agents, and exclusively collaborates with travel agents in Greece and abroad for the production and distribution of the tourism product.
What are the “parameters” that differentiate AIR PACKAGES from other systems?
1st Parameter: It categorizes the tourism product into thematic units. 2nd Parameter: It presents organized and non-organized tours (Tour Operating). 3rd Parameter: It prices more than fifteen (15) different tourism services. 4th Parameter: It distinguishes travel agencies based on their geographic location, the services they provide, the clientele they target, and recognizes the individuality of each agency. 5th Parameter: It provides travel agencies with access to the system to process their own excursion proposals. 6th Parameter: It offers travel agencies the ability to select all or some of the proposed destinations. 7th Parameter: It offers travel agencies the ability to choose one or more tourism services.
How does AIR PACKAGES work?
Initially, AIR PACKAGES functions as a B2B system for all travel agencies. Then, each travel agency has the opportunity to collaborate as a B2B with other travel agencies and as a B2C to serve its clientele. A UNIQUE access code needs to be requested and acquired for the system, which grants appropriate access.
Are there any financial obligations for travel agencies to collaborate with AIR PACKAGES?
No!
AIR PACKAGES collaborates with all agencies that receive the agreed-upon commission.
How can one communicate with AIR PACKAGES?
The first step is to send an email from the travel agency to info@airpackages.gr, indicating the desired day and time for the initial introductory meeting. The details of the collaboration will be discussed thereafter.
